Coffman-Guerra is a fine arts photographer who works with
digital and traditional photographic techniques. She works with controversial
subject matter in an effort to bring much needed public attention to often
overlooked issues.
Suchil graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a degree in
Fine Arts Photography and Digital Imaging. Her work has been shown nationally
in juried competitions and museum exhibitions. She also worked as a facilitator for a series of artist’s business
classes aimed at the emerging artist, as an exhibit curator and a web designer. Coffman-Guerra was
born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and has recently returned there after 16 years in Denver, CO.
